This Privacy Policy explains how Brogress Tracker ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

• Personal Information: When you sign up, we collect your mobile phone number for account creation and authentication via a one-time password (OTP).
• Fitness and Usage Data: We collect information you voluntarily provide in the App, including your daily lift logs, progress statistics, and personal records (PRs). We also collect usage data, such as how you interact with the App, which features you use, and the duration of your sessions.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the App: We use your personal information to create and manage your account and to provide the core functionality of the App, such as logging lifts and tracking progress.
• To Improve the App: We analyze aggregated, non-personal data to understand user behavior, identify trends, and improve the features and performance of our App.
• To Communicate with You: We may use your phone number to send you essential service-related communications, such as OTPs and important updates.
• For Security and Fraud Prevention: We use your data to maintain the security of our services and to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or fitness data with third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• With Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, analytics, and messaging services. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to use the information to perform their services.
• For Legal Purposes: We may disclose your information if required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, or ensure the safety of our users.
• In a Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new owner as part of the transaction.

• Account Information: You can access, update, and delete your fitness data within the App's settings.
• Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your account, you can do so through the App's settings. Upon deletion, all your personal and fitness data will be permanently removed, except for any data we are legally required to retain.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
