Any data you enter into the App, including lift logs, statistics, and PRs, is considered your "User Content." You retain all rights to your User Content. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content for the sole purpose of operating and improving the App.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not guarantee that your use of the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brogress Tracker and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Brogress Tracker or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
